Mohammed Azab
Senior Advisor
Prior to joining Nucleo advisory board, Mohammed was (till the end of 2020), Executive Vice President, Head of Private Banking at Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB). After he joined ADIB in 2012, he was responsible for developing a Private Banking business at the bank leading strategy development and execution across ADIB markets in UAE, GCC, and the UK, serving HNW and Ultra HNW clients and families in these markets. The strategy has built ADIB’s onshore private banking AUMs into a multi-billion Dirham book since it commenced.
Before joining ADIB, Mohammed was Executive Director of Dubai office with Citi Private Bank (CPB) and was responsible for the onshore activities of CPB in the UAE / GCC Region. Prior to that, he was UAE Country Manager for Arab Bank plc between 1999 and 2007. He has also held various senior positions at Bank of Bahrain & Kuwait (BBK) – in Bahrain and launched BBK Representative Office in Dubai. He started his banking career in the early 1980s, with Citibank in Dubai as a Corporate Banking Officer.
Throughout his over 40 years of banking experience in the region in senior roles, Mohammed gathered diverse expertise in Private, Investment, Corporate, Retail, and other support banking functions.
Mohammed holds an MBA degree from the Thunderbird School of Global Management in Arizona and obtained his undergraduate degree in business from the University of Jordan.

Jamal joined the oilfield in 2002, initially as a Service Engineer with FMC technologies, and has substantial experience in drilling, completions, and cementing. Since 2006, Jamal has worked exclusively in international business development, sales, and operational management roles in the Middle East. Over the last ten years, Jamal has lived and worked in Kuwait, UAE, Oman where he has gained a wealth of knowledge within the region. Jamal worked with Startups and SME’s where he helped to establish the business, business development, market intelligence, and generating revenue.

Yazan currently leads the business development and strategic relationships at NucleoHub Investments LLC, as a founding partner and Director of Financial Services.
Before joining Nucleo, Yazan served for four years as Chief Supply Chain Finance Officer (“C SCF O”) at Tawreeq Holdings. A group headquartered in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) with subsidiaries and affiliates based in UAE and Luxembourg, offering comprehensive Supply Chain Finance (SCF) and Working Capital Solutions.
